Keep a every day checklist. Reward yourself when you've completed everything on the list for that week. Sometimes it's quicker to see what you need to do, rather than depend on your memory space. Whether or not it's organizing meals for that 7 days, prepping your treats or simply making your bed furniture, put it on the checklist.
